- We will send you a return shipping label
- Package the item securely and attach the return label
- Drop off the package at your nearest shipping location
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will process your refund within 3-5 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- You will receive an email notification when the refund is processed
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product:
- Follow the return process above
- Include a note with your order number and the item you would like to exchange for
- We will ship the new item once we receive your return
